This refers to confusing things about Oscar

1. If your server is not running RedHat, note that in the installation phase your paths will need to be modified in several configuration areas
2. Oscaradmin and oscarrep although mentioned in the installation instructions are not, by default, authorized users in the CVS version. You have to login as oscardoc and then update these other existing providers in the admin section.
3. Errors can include parameters that have not been set in oscar.properties and settings that have been only partly configured within Oscar, for example a new user trying to log in when they had a provider and a login created but had not yet had a role assigned, will cause an error
4. The specialist table used for billing is unrelated to the list specialists among possible consultants. The latter cannot be added or edited from a patient's demographic link to Consults. Rather it seems the "Con" tab must be used.
