Faxing From Oscar

OSCARfax would depend on another opensource product (hylafax) running a web-service in lieu of which others have simply used a printer fax service, with satisfacctory results. The original intention was to have prescription faxed out via a secure fax server but that's been put on hold for now because of competing priorities.
